This blend is a staple here at Battlecreek Coffee Roasters. Our House Blend is always comprised of two very highly rated coffees and rotates based on the seasonality of each origin. Currently, the House Blend is a 50/50 mix of Ethiopian Shakiso and our Guatemala Huehuetenango which are both available as a single origin. This is an omni blend or a blend ideal for regular batch brew or espresso. It’s even quite good as a pour over - especially if you prefer a balanced cup with its simultaneous bright citrus and grounding chocolate flavors.
